What started as a curiosity to see if I could grow and make my own herbal tea has become a new passion of mine. Almost all of the ingredients I use to blend these teas are grown from my own garden. These are 5oz bags.
Ingredients:
Charge Up: Apple mint, chocolate mint, butterfly pea, rose petals, yerba mate, orange peel
Sleep Like the Dead: chamomile, licorice root, ginger root, lavender, lemon balm, skull cap
Refresh: chocolate mint, lemongrass, rose, hibiscus, black tea, orange peel, dried mango
Preparation: Steep 1 tsp (2.5 g) with 8oz of hot water for 6-7 minutes, remove and enjoy.
